attention: all who have registered

so we are in the process of registering, and would love some wisdom from those of y'all who have already done it.

are there things that you wish you had registered for and didn't?
what were some of your favorite gifts you received?
were there things that you received but did not register for that you now cannot not live without?

these 2 almost-new-parents need to know! email me or comment and help us out...

Oh my goodness! I am so excited to hear about baby Todd! What a great day for me to hear about such exciting news. Please email or call anytime you have questions! As far as registering..my favorite items are

-bumbo seat
-boppy
-Dr. Browns bottles and/or platex drop ins
-pampers diapers are the best!
- "Keep it Klean" paci (just get one...its genius! I'm sure they have one with a basketball.)
-DOUBLE Madela breastpump
-Bjorn
-Any of the britax carseats that have side impact
-activity walker (we have the combi car walker..both kids love it!)
-baby gum gel (like orajel, but they have an all natural one)

Biggest tip if you want to have more kids...get everything gender neutral!!!!!!

Hope this helps!

Love you guys,
MIssy

You should definitely get a nursing cover. I know someone who can get you a fashionable, handmade one!!!

I agree with Missy about the Bumbo.

I will probably think of more down the road, but here are a couple I swore I would tell every expectant mom.

There is some all natural gas relief called gripe water. Definitely think it's better than Milicon drops. Baby's Bliss brand is the way to go. It doesn't need to be refrigerated which is easier for baby to take and more convenient to store in the diaper bag. I always had this on hand. Check it out.

Once my milk came in, there wasn't a vehicle fast enough that could get me to the store to buy a pump. Definitely have this before you go into labor. I hurt so bad, I was squeezing milk out by hand over the sink and in the shower Don't listen to what some people say about "pumping it only makes you produce more". Just keep doing it and you will eventually even out. God has an amazing way of doing that!!!

I know, I know...TMI...but what do you expect from Dirty D!?!

Love ya
